Asian in Delaware

This is how I've managed to survive being a single rice eater.

Cooking a big pot of rice and then freezing my single portions for later use. Hopefully my next relocation will find me with fellow ricers.

And speaking Asians, I found out where all the Asians at UDel have been hiding. In the damned library! Typical. Just kidding. But really, I started studying there and all of sudden they were everywhere! It was like I was back in SoCal. Now if I could only find one that was single, good looking, and Catholic. Tall order, I know.

You're gonna do what with a hammer?

Last week my neuroscience professor was lecturing about pain and wind up. To emphasize the degree of assault our bodies endure when we have orthopedic surgery he referred to such procedures are "glorified carpentry." And I thought about it. And yeah, it really is.

Repaired ankle fracture

Broken Femur

Intermedullary Rod for Tibia

Yep, those surgeons really do take a hammer to your bones and whack away. No disrespect to the doctors of course. Still in utter amazement of what they do.
